Designing an ebook on global customer engagement for lilt
As globalization continues to shape the way brands connect with audiences, language plays a pivotal role in effective communication. Lilt conducted a survey of over 1,800 professionals to understand how businesses engage with customers around the world. I was tasked with designing the ebook that would present this data and insights in an engaging, easily digestible format. Collaborating closely with project managers and copywriters, I translated complex data into visually compelling illustrations, ensuring that the report effectively conveyed how leading companies are planning, building, and scaling customer experiences at a global level. This project not only informed but also empowered businesses to better understand the value of language in their global strategies.
