Linden Lab's previous advertising efforts for Second Life relied on static ads, which, while effective, didn’t fully communicate the immersive and innovative nature of the game. To address this, I led the design of Linden Lab’s first-ever set of Rich Media Ads (HTML5 Ads) aimed at captivating new users. Drawing insights from extensive research into 17 vibrant Second Life communities, I developed over 40 dynamic, interactive ads designed to engage and draw in potential players. These ads went beyond traditional formats, bringing Second Life’s creativity and depth to life, driving higher user interest and engagement.
